 January January.

It's always a little blah in January.  Luckily one of my favorite people was born in January.  Stefani.

Here are 31 things I love about Stef in no particular order.

1.  She loves dogs.

2.  She is so creative!  She is always creating something.

3.  She is a voracious reader.

4.  She is adventurous and loves to travel.

5. She is an amazing sister.

6.  She is a fun boy mom.

7.  She has a fun sense of style..

8.  She likes all things oriental.  She has taught herself Chinese, Japanese and loves to watch shows in Korean .

9.  She loves K pop.

10. She can play songs on the piano that she has taught herself.

11.  She had a fun cake fight at her wedding.

12.  She picked Glen to be her husband and he is a great son in law.

13. She is a good diabetic nurse and advocate.

14.  She has a jungle gym in her living room.

15. She decorated her whole house in the Christmas Story theme one year.

16.  She makes amazing felt scenes for Zeke's church talks...

17.  She makes adorable family themed Halloween costumes.

18. She loves to cook things with new spices and tastes.

19.  She has amazing birthday parties for her boys.

20.  She has written 3 books !!

21.  She is good at selling things on line.

22.  Stef is a loyal friend and doesn't gossip.

23.  She is good at sewing doll clothes and had an Etsy shop for them.

24.  She is a great volleyball player and is athletic.

25.  She is wise and gives good advice.

26.  She is generous and at various times has let sisters live with her and always lets us stay in her home.

27.  She loves to try new hairstyles.  

28.  She has a fun sense of humor.

29.  She is good with money.

30. Stef is a talented photographer!

31.  She is a forgiving and loving daughter.  She tolerated being the guinea pig and let us learn all of the things about being a parent on her.   One of my favorite memories of her is when she was about 20 months at the end of every day we would review our day together and talk about the things we did and she would smile and give me a hug.  

Celebrating her birthday is the best part of January!

My mom also had a birthday in January and we had a nice lunch with friends.
