Fair

In the spirit of catching up with the years events... I will mention that this was Amanda's last year of fair.  She had a nice lamb named Dudley.  She did well with the showing and selling and we celebrated the fact that he was sold and our lamb days are done.

As FFA president she was asked to give a prayer before the auction.  The auction happened the day of 9/11 and as a remembrance they had a speech.

Grandma and Grandpa joined us and we had Stef and her boys there.  We didn't do much fair going but did manage to look at all the farm equipment and jump in the bouncy house.  After we left there was a mass casualty event involving a wind storm and some bounce house participants.  Scary!

Going to the fair will look different in the coming years.

Tripp also turned one and we had a little party!  He is such a cute little guy.  He is happy to watch his brother but also quite the little ham himself.  I love the personalities of my grandkids.
