After 6 or so weeks of nightly rehearsals our first performance was an unabashed success. The real stars of the show were Evan (Harold Hill) and Ashley (Marian) and the quartet just sparkled. Everyone seemed to give it their all. It came together so beautifully!!! Our director Michelle is fabulous... I think everyone is feeling so good they are ready to tackle another performance. I enjoyed getting dressed up to perform and watching Hailey have so much fun!! She has a little crush on one of the actors.... he he . We perform again tonight and I'm hoping my birthday boy will make it home in time to watch us.
