Happy Thanksgiving!!! We had a wonderful day with my parents and our family. It was an interesting day. 2 hours into our turkey cooking the oven went out.. So Tom turkey went down to the church. (he weighed 28 pounds). Several hours and the use of 4 crock pots later we decided to start eating in courses.
We had the scrumptious salads... then the green bean/ sweet potatotoe casseroles ...then finally our turkey, mashed tatoes and stuffing..
It was yummy. We missed all the rest of our family on both sides. We are thankful for all that we have and the many relationships we enjoy.
