Yesterday we drove 120 miles to our nearest big town and had Shelby's braces taken off. We had a shopping trip and also Shelby had her patriarchal blessing.
Stefani shared in the driving duties which was nice. She does a good job even in a bigger town.
Hailey came with us and had a dental appointment herself. This means we are exactly half way through the children's orthodontia. Stef DONE... Shelby DONE... Hailey 1/2way... Brooke just started... Amanda.. now a great brusher of teeth (although not a good aimer of toothpaste spit).
Shelby's blessing was an amazing experience for me. Again, I had an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my beautiful daughters. I'm grateful for them and excited for their opportunities.
Someone's been smiling a lot today!
